Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules, limitations, and legal conditions that apply when Morivo is accessed or used through our application and related services available at refined.morivo.site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Access to Morivo is offered on the condition that users accept this agreement. Opening, browsing, creating an account, posting, or otherwise interacting with the application signifies that these terms have been read and accepted as a binding set of conditions between the user and the service operator.
Anyone who is not comfortable with these conditions should discontinue access immediately and refrain from further use of the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who engages with the service in any capacity.
2. Service Description
Morivo provides a digital environment centered on visual lifestyle content, media browsing, personal in-app organization tools, social interaction elements, and certain paid participation options. The exact form, appearance, and availability of any feature may differ over time as the application develops.
From time to time, parts of the service may be revised, interrupted, expanded, limited, or removed. No promise is made that every feature will remain available permanently, operate without interruption, or continue in its present format.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Use of Morivo is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the application, a user confirms that this age requirement is satisfied and that access is lawful in the user’s location.
All interactions with the platform must remain lawful, respectful, and technically safe. Users are responsible for their own devices, credentials, submitted content, and activity carried out through their accounts.
- Applicable laws and regulations must be followed at all times.
- Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, or harmful targeting of others is not permitted.
- Fraudulent activity, impersonation, deceptive posting, or misuse of payment features is prohibited.
- Users may not introduce malware, harmful scripts, unauthorized automation, or attempts to disrupt system integrity.
- Any effort to bypass security, moderation controls, access restrictions, or technical safeguards is forbidden.
Where a breach is identified, actions may include content removal, account restriction, suspension, permanent loss of access, reporting to relevant authorities, or any other remedy considered appropriate under the circumstances.
4. Intellectual Property
Morivo, including its software, design elements, layout, branding, written materials, visual structure, and underlying technology, remains the property of its developer or relevant rights holders unless stated otherwise.
Users receive a narrow, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the application for personal, lawful purposes only. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant any broader commercial right.
- Copying, redistributing, selling, sublicensing, or republishing protected material is not allowed without prior written permission.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract source code is prohibited except where mandatory law clearly permits it.
- Trademarks, names, and visual identifiers associated with the application may not be used in a misleading or unauthorized way.
5. Disclaimer
Morivo is made available on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, representations, and assurances—whether express, implied, or statutory—are disclaimed.
This includes, without limitation, implied warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, security, or suitability for individual expectations.
Use of the application occurs at the user’s own discretion and risk. Users are solely responsible for evaluating whether the service meets their preferences and for any consequences arising from their reliance on it.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Morivo and its operator shall not be responsible for losses or damages arising from or connected to the use of, inability to use, or performance of the application.
This limitation applies to direct damages as well as indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, and consequential losses. It also covers, by way of example, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, device issues, interruption of business activity, reputational harm, and substitute service costs.
These limits apply whether a claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or another legal theory, even where the possibility of such harm had been communicated in advance.
7. Account Termination
Access to Morivo may be limited, suspended, or ended if conduct appears inconsistent with these terms, harmful to other users, risky to the platform, or legally problematic. Such action may occur immediately and may be taken without prior notice where circumstances warrant it.
Users remain free to stop using the service at any time. Ending use of the application does not automatically erase obligations or liabilities that arose before access ended.
8. Terms Modification
As the application evolves, these terms may also need to be revised. Updated language may be posted within the app, on the website, or through another reasonable notice method.
Once revised terms become effective, future use of Morivo will be treated as acceptance of the updated version. For that reason, users should review this page periodically to remain informed about the current rules governing access.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction connected to the service operator, without regard to conflict of law principles that would require application of another legal system.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy related to Morivo or this agreement should first be raised informally by contacting support so that a practical resolution may be explored. If the matter cannot be resolved through discussion, it shall be handled through the courts or lawful dispute-resolution forum having proper authority in the relevant jurisdiction.
